"Samson Paper Holdings Limited" has changed its name to "C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corporation Limited"

On October 19, Hong Kong main board listed company "Samson Paper Holdings Limited" (00731.HK) issued a notice stating that the company name has been changed to "C&D Newin Paper & Pulp Corporation Limited". In addition, its stock abbreviation has been changed to "C&D NEWIN," as its stock symbol remains unchanged. The decision officially comes into effect on October 24th.
On January 26, 2022, Xiamen C&D Paper & Pulp Co., Ltd. (C&D Paper & Pulp), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen C&D Inc. completed its acquisition of Samson Paper Holdings Limited. Samson Paper Holdings Limited has resumed trading since its trading suspension on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 2, 2020, according to reports.
